GX, returns.

Well,

It's been 4 years, almost 5 years since all that crap happened. Assuming no one really cares about anything any more (I certainly don't) I decided to restore GX, seeing as we had a VB license going to waste, domain going to waste, etc.

The site is almost 10 years old, it turned nine recently anyway. So 10 isn't too far off. Quite old when speaking in terms of some internet sites.

So anyway, what's everyone been up to?

It's been strange, 4 years of basically no one contacting me to 5 people contacting me in the space of a month about bringing GX back.

So here it is. Hopefully a few familiar faces, even the previously unwanted make an appearance.

its funny, i was bored about a month out, and decided to see what ever happened to the old site... i got to the splash page with the text enter the forums. i thought it mighta been some loser who wanted to put the site back together...

oh i also got to an unfinished forums page by adding the /forums to the end of the addy...

I put that page up around 6 months ago, then the webhost wouldn't restore the database so I just forgot about it. Then I emailed them saying give me a refund, and lookout... the DB was restored (they don't give me SSH access to do it myself).

It's good to be back though
